About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Help with food deliveries and storage, ensuring that all ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
  • Participate in deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
