Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
