  • Serve guests in our two restaurants, The Washington and The Connaught, providing quality service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Share knowledge of our menu options with guests and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering orders in a timely manner and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and guests, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring that guest needs are met.
