Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver high-quality food and beverage service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are presented to a high standard
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
