We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in our Palm Court Restaurant, No.10 Bar, and Derby Lounge.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, and clearing tables.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
