About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the Lyndene Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to guests in our two restaurants, The Washington and The Connaught.
  • Share knowledge of our menu options and make recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Pleasant and bubbly personality.
