Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Grosvenor Casino Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, although not essential.
