Leadership Opportunity at RBH Hospitality Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all team members comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, food safety, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on guest experience and team development.
  • Hospitality Experience: Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and service standards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing circumstances.
