About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our restaurants, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
