THE ROLE

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Food & Beverage Assistant at our newly established venue. In this role, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and play a crucial part in the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. This includes a renowned restaurant, aiming to become a premier dining destination.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the daily execution of food and beverage services.
  • Maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Collaborating with the F&B Operations Manager to ensure excellent food and service delivery.
  • Adapting to the needs of guests and colleagues while managing changing priorities.
  • Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, responding to feedback with care.
  • Working closely with the restaurant team to uphold brand standards.
  • Participating in training initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
