At Tesco Mobile, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive business outcomes. As a Customer Experience Campaign Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our CRM strategy and executing campaigns that make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices. You'll work closely with our commercial, CX, and brand functions to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns. Your goal will be to leverage data insights to enhance the customer experience and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End CRM Campaign Management: Scoping, briefing, content creation, and execution of agreed CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with quarterly plans and collaboration across teams.
  • CRM Campaign Prioritisation: Helping to plan and prioritise campaigns working collaboratively with various business functions to drive business outcomes.
  • Customer Journey Development: Contributing to customer journey mapping by identifying opportunities to develop and implement best-in-class, customer-centric communications throughout the customer's lifecycle.
  • Data and Capability: Understanding and utilising existing capabilities and data to drive accurate customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Agency and Stakeholder Management: Building strong working relationships with key media/creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure integrated communications and seamless campaign delivery.
