About the Role

As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a nationwide field-based role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with or for healthcare providers or suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs
  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve the customer journey
  • Train and educate staff on customer-focused approaches and best practices
Requirements
  • Customer Service NVQ Levels 1-4 (essential)
  • At least 5 years of UK-based professional experience, ideally within the healthcare sector or with a healthcare supplier
  • Strong people management, influencing, and negotiation abilities

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. One to One Personnel offers a range of benefits, including a Royal London Pension and Death in Service Scheme.
