Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Contributing to process improvements and implementing new initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Performance measures include meeting SLAs for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
