We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Slough, United Kingdom. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and offer product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge and Advice: Develop strong product knowledge and provide advice to customers on product selection.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Visual Presentation and Stock Levels: Maintain the store's visual presentation, including merchandising, stock levels, and inventory management.
  • Assisting with Stock Replenishment and Inventory Checks: Assist with stock replenishment, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Store Environment: Ensure a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by store management, achieving revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Prior Retail or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and managers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
