Business Growth Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Growth Development Manager to join our team at Integra Outsourcing. As a Business Growth Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our high-performance flat roofing and waterproofing solutions to clients in the education and healthcare sectors.
Salary: £50k+ basic with a six-figure uncapped OTE, one of the best in the construction industry, and a phenomenal profit share scheme.
About the Role:
- A technical field sales role promoting a range of high-performance flat roof systems and waterproofing solutions.
- Winning refurbishment and maintenance projects on commercial, industrial, residential, and public sector buildings, especially across the education and healthcare sectors.
- You'll be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying a project, carrying out the roofing survey, writing the proposal, contract negotiation, and more.
