Regional Development Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Regional Development Business Growth Manager to join our team at NJR Recruitment Careers, focusing on what matters most: building lasting relationships with Mid-Market brokers.
This role will be a combination of working from home and being out on the road visiting clients. You will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing a pipeline of prospects, and promoting our insurer's products and services.
- Building strong relationships with Mid-Market brokers through regular visits, performance reviews, and networking events.
- Underwriting and managing complex commercial risks to ensure profitable outcomes aligned with our underwriting strategy.
- Driving business growth and achieving renewal retention and rate increases.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
