You will work closely with our Head of Stores to lead 23-30 stores in your region, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will:
- Build and develop high-performing teams of Store Managers and Regional Support Managers.
- Inspire customers through various channels to build sales and drive business growth.
- Champion service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and exceeds expectations.
- Motivate and manage your team to exceed sales targets and maintain excellent operational standards.
- Aware of local competition and identify product opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Review underperforming stores and develop strategies to improve performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Delegation and organisation skills, with a self-disciplined and self-starter approach.
- Good IT skills and strong visual merchandising skills.
- A track record of success in growing sales and profits, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a company car or car allowance, private medical insurance after one year's service, and a contributory pension scheme.
