Regional Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client base in the West Midlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- BNS business development across the same area with a focus on both end users' and distributors'
- Generating new business by visiting customers on site, conducting site surveys, and providing customer quotes for racking, storage, and shelving
- Providing a consultative sales approach in order to win new business in the sales of racking and storage solutions
- Taking responsibility for region revenue stream and overall growth
- Maintaining CRM system updates and organization with customers
**About Our Client**
Our client is an international manufacturer of racking and storage systems with a strong reputation across the world. Well established in the UK, they also provide various semi and full automation products and services working with both end users' and distributors. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a new sales professional.
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this role is up to £35,000, plus excellent uncapped commission potential (OTE £50,000-£70,000 genuinely achievable), company car, 20 days holiday + statutory, sick pay scheme, life insurance, and genuine growth opportunities.
