Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop existing customer account value to drive sales turnover and increase revenue
  • Progress sales using face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and virtual meetings
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve quickly
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline and customer database
  • Communicate effectively, promoting brand and building relationships
  • Track market developments
  • Report to senior management team using financial data
  • Maintain company records using computer
