We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Focus Group, a leading provider of digital workplace solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue streams.

Job Overview:

Focusing on the SME and larger business portfolios, your primary objectives will be to acquire new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and meet activity-based KPIs. You will also develop strategic relationships with decision-makers, deliver compelling presentations, and efficiently manage contract negotiations to close deals.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 (OTE), plus lucrative bonus and incentive schemes. Requirements:

  • Experience within the Telecoms industry selling Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Line, and IP Telephony.
  • Success in high-growth, entrepreneurial team environments.
  • Achievement of new business targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
  • Quick grasp of new technologies and their business value.
  • Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivational personality with a big-thinking mindset.
