We're seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead our sales and estimating functions, driving business growth and securing new projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward, working closely with our estimating team to secure new contracts and develop strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, estimating and team management, with excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Main Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development:
Lead our sales efforts, developing and implementing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing relationships. - Team Management:
Manage and support the estimating team, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their best work.
