Job Overview
Digital Waffle is a leading provider of digital solutions in the structured cabling industry. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of sales success within the structured cabling industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Represent Digital Waffle at industry events and conferences

Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in sales and business development within the structured cabling industry
* Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and related technologies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for driving growth and exceeding targets

Salary and Benefits
* $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
