Drive International Sales Growth as a Senior Director of Global Sales

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Global Sales to lead our international sales teams and drive revenue growth in the higher education sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed new sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and stay informed about industry trends.

About the Role
  • Lead Global Sales Teams: Manage and motivate international sales teams to achieve exceptional results, with a focus on EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and maximize new business growth.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Utilize data analysis to forecast results, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges proactively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of direct experience managing international sales teams and sales managers in the higher education technology sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of execution and significant success in previous leadership positions, with expertise in team management, process optimization, and performance management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: A salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
