Global Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Global Sales to lead our international sales teams and drive revenue growth in the higher education sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed new sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and stay informed about industry trends.
About the Role- Lead Global Sales Teams: Manage and motivate international sales teams to achieve exceptional results, with a focus on EMEA and APAC markets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and maximize new business growth.
- Analyze Sales Data: Utilize data analysis to forecast results, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges proactively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years of direct experience managing international sales teams and sales managers in the higher education technology sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of execution and significant success in previous leadership positions, with expertise in team management, process optimization, and performance management.
- Competitive Salary: A salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
