About the Job:

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Director to join our team at Everest Group. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales models to drive revenue and prioritize key segments.
  • Lead a team of 5-7 members, setting and achieving sales goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize CRM to drive improvements.
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships to drive sales success.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with demonstrated success in a solution-oriented sales model.
  • Sales performance and CRM proficiency with a strong understanding of CRM software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:
