Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing client interactions, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including preparing quotes, scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the team by coordinating meetings, tracking expenses, and providing administrative support to directors and managers.
- Maintain the office by overseeing upkeep, ordering supplies, managing contractors, and ensuring a clean and well-functioning workspace.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
