Commercial Coordinator Job Description

Medicom Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and efficient Commercial Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate company events, including booking travel and accommodations, and arranging refreshments.
  • Administer claims, including mileage and direct reports' claims, and raise purchase orders for the commercial team.
  • Provide support for commercial team management and executive assistance responsibilities for senior leaders.
  • Manage diaries and schedules for the commercial team, including booking meetings and approving annual leave.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings for audit purposes and head office visits.
  • Order day-to-day equipment, stationery, and supplies for head office and employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
