Marketing Administrator Role

The Marketing Administrator will provide direct support to the Director of Marketing and assistance to the marketing team. This role is a 6-month maternity cover contract, office-based 5 days a week at our Windsor office in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for the UK Marketing Director, including organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Collating the UK Marketing Director's expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Providing administrative support for marketing programmes, campaigns, events, PR, and seminars.
  • Assisting the marketing team with the execution of marketing activities.
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and available for events.
  • Preparing and shipping marketing materials and equipment for events.
  • Attending events, including occasional overseas travel.
  • Maintaining marketing schedules and calendars.
  • Preparing the monthly marketing report.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
