Administrative Coordinator

The Marketing Administrator will provide direct support to the Director of Marketing and assistance to the marketing team. This role is a 6-month maternity cover contract, office-based 5 days a week at our Windsor office in Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management for the UK Marketing Director, including organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Collating the UK Marketing Director's expenses on a monthly basis.
- Providing administrative support for marketing programmes, campaigns, events, PR, and seminars.
- Assisting the marketing team with the execution of marketing activities.
- Ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and available for events.
- Preparing and shipping marketing materials and equipment for events.
- Attending events, including occasional overseas travel.
- Maintaining marketing schedules and calendars.
- Preparing the monthly marketing report.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
