Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leadership Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality training, apprenticeships, and leadership development opportunities across the Care and Education Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of training and development programs, including leadership inductions and development programs, apprenticeships, and qualifications.
- Plan and schedule all Leadership and Careers training activities in partnership with Leadership Development Trainer and Leadership and Careers Manager.
- Ensure all logistical arrangements for training sessions are in place, including venues, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and report on Group training engagement and feedback for apprenticeships and leadership development activities.
- Provide ongoing administrative support and guidance to staff throughout their learning and development journey.
- Administrate our online learner management systems, monitoring queries and ensuring the efficient use of systems within the organisation.
- Support with the administrative tasks of claiming qualification funds.
