Job Title: Executive Assistant

Medicom Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize company events, including booking hotels and flights, arranging refreshments, and coordinating logistics.
  • Administer claims, including mileage, and approve direct reports' claims.
  • Raise purchase orders for the commercial team, including meeting rooms, equipment, flights, and hotels.
  • Provide support for commercial team management and executive assistance responsibilities for MD, CEO & COO.
  • Manage diaries and schedules for the commercial team.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings for audit purposes and head office visits.
  • Order day-to-day equipment, stationery, and supplies for head office and employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
