Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Management team at Bekynton, ensuring the accurate maintenance of book-keeping and control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out accounting and administration tasks in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded and submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies or irregularities in the accounting or administration systems.
  • Assist with office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Pattern

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. The role is 46 weeks per year, with 6 weeks of annual leave.
