About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team in London.

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, directional and strategic oversight, and the ability to execute against tight timelines. You will be responsible for managing multiple sales pursuits simultaneously, from kickoff to submission, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

You will also establish relationships built on credibility, trust, and a service-minded approach to solve problems. This includes educating and supporting a high-performing growth team during complex and high-stress sales pursuits.

  • Provides project management, directional and strategic oversight to pitch/resource teams, while executing against tight timelines.

  • Manages the RFP response process from kickoff to submission.
  • Creates, manages, enforces and publishes project plans, RACI's and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Contributes to playbook creation, evolution and maintenance and adheres to standard process for pursuit management.
