**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our customer-focused teams in Birmingham City Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize the performance of revenue streams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of customer service and account management professionals.
  • Act as the escalation point for customer issues and ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence through coaching and developing team members.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, customer service, and account management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
