About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Revolucion de Cuba. As a key member of our front-of-house operation, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to our company values.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to motivate and inspire your team to achieve our goals.
  • Manage shifts, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
