Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hotel team as a Front of House Supervisor. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Deal with guests promptly upon arrival and departure, adhering to company standards for check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Assist with reviews and updates as necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property.
  • Support all department heads in maintaining service standard excellence.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Be flexible and willing to jump into other ad-hoc duties when colleagues need assistance.
  • Deal with emergency situations, such as fires, downtime, accidents, or system failures.
  • Complete duty management duties, focusing on lobby management, food and beverage outlets, concierge, and front desk areas.
  • Address guest queries and complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Represent the hotel industry and IHG hotel brand as an ambassador.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a positive demeanor and confident, calm, and professional telephone manner.
  • Is flexible and able to problem-solve.
  • Has good initiative and experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Opera PMS experience preferred).
  • Is highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong team player attitude.
