Join Our Team as a Front of House Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our people promise and values through your actions and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team to develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Lead with positive behavior and actions to drive performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Manage labour and rotas to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, with a £1,000 bonus opportunity per year and £140 average tips per week.
