We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, ensuring exceptional service to our guests and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a large restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Manage labor costs, rotas, and inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives, improve processes, and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
