Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a General Manager at Wingstop, you will be responsible for creating a great working environment that inspires your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or similar background.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
