Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our people promise and values, and inspiring and motivating your team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

The Role

As a Front of House Manager at Wagamama, you will support the management team to develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards. You will also be responsible for managing labour and rotas, understanding financial performance, and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
