Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to lead our team at Butterfly Cabinet. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead front of house staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
  2. Coordinate daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
  3. Assist in training new staff members on food production processes, hospitality standards, and safety protocols.
  4. Monitor food safety compliance within the kitchen and dining areas to ensure adherence to health regulations.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  6. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
  7. Maintain an organised front of house environment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency at all times.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
  2. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations is advantageous.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is preferred.
  5. A solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices is required.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • £31,200.00 per year
  • Additional pay: tips
  • Benefits: discounted or free food, employee discount
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
  • Experience: 3 years in hospitality, 1 year in leadership
