Front of House Manager Role

As a Front of House Manager at Wagamama, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire front of house operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to provide outstanding service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Develop and grow your team, fostering a culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience, drive sales, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Wagamama's vision, championing change and continuous improvement.
