Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a prestigious 4-star country hotel and fine dining restaurant in the North East.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, leading a team of 10 front-of-house staff, and reporting to the Hotel General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the front-of-house team
  • Manage staff, training, and development, as well as ordering and stock control
  • Have a friendly yet professional persona, with the ability to enthuse and motivate the team
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment, with the ability to adapt and improvise in changing situations
