We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive individual to join our hotel team as a Front of House Supervisor. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include providing a warm welcome to guests, dealing with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and hotel property. You will also be responsible for supporting department heads in maintaining service standard excellence, handling cash and credit transactions, and dealing with guest queries and complaints. Our ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, confident and professional telephone manner, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
