Front of House Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive individual to join our hotel team as a Front of House Supervisor. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Deal with guests promptly upon arrival and departure, adhering to company standards for check-in and out procedures.
  • Assist with reviews and updates as necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property.
  • Support department heads in maintaining service standard excellence.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, downtime, accidents, or system failures.
  • Complete duty management tasks, focusing on lobby management, food and beverage outlets, concierge, and front desk areas.
  • Address guest queries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Represent the hotel industry and IHG brand with professionalism.

  • Computer proficiency, with Opera PMS experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of motivation.
