Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
- Manage customer accounts, including issuing invoices and chasing payments
- Assist with payment runs and wages preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to industry standards and company policies
You will also support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting basics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good grasp of finance regulations, with experience with FRC a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills
