**The core duties within this role will include**:
- Administrative record keeping - both paper-based and electronic.
- Assisting in the management and documentation of client communication and servicing.
- Preparation of client documentation.
- Dealing with queries from clients and practice partners.
- Liaising with external providers.
- Processing and overseeing of Investment and Pension Business.
- Producing and formatting information for internal and external communication.
- Diary management.

Scrimger & Oakes, a Principal Partner Practice of St. James's Place, boasts over 26 years of experience in Financial Services. Directed by Shaun Scrimger and Aaron Oakes, we aim to provide an exemplary service to our clients through the provision of high-quality advice across all aspects of Wealth Management. We specialise in Investment, Retirement, and Protection Planning, including Pensions, Inheritance tax, and Estate planning.
We have two locations within Scrimger and Oakes, with our head office located in Chester-Le-Street and our second location on Yarm High Street.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 - 39 per week
