Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Solomons Europe. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on contract and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a professional advisor embedded in client projects, providing strategic commercial advice and analysis.
- Manage contract and commercial matters for clients, including subcontract procurement, administration, and cost forecasting.
- Identify creative solutions to complex project problems, requiring collaboration and influence to drive the adoption of improved methods and processes.
- Liaise with the Solomons management team, sharing client insights and project updates.
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Procurement / Commercial Management / Engineering BSc (HNC/HND qualified candidates with the relevant experience may be considered).
- Have a full UK driving license and access to a car to use for business travel.
- Be qualified or working towards the attainment of professional membership or qualification of an accredited professional institute (for example, RICS/CIPS/ICE or similar).
