Key Responsibilities- Manage projects independently or as part of a team, ensuring collaborative project delivery and successful outcomes.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project commercial assurance, with a focus on NEC4 contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Education to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Professional accreditation, such as RICS, CIPS, APM, or ICE, or working towards attainment.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
