Senior IFA Administrator
- Exciting Opportunity - Wealth Management FIrm

**About Our Client**:
This growing financial services business have been established for a number of years and currently have 4 offices across the north west. Their varied portfolio of services are based on partner-led, personal relationships which ultimately give their clients peace of mind and greater profitability

This role will include but not limited to the following:

- Responsible for completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made
- Liaising with our financial advisers as appropriate and providing support
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and dealing with their queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Making sure any updates and reports are issued to our clients in a timely manner
- Making sure all relevant documentation held within a client file is compliant
- Back office maintenance

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful senior ifa administrator will require the following:

- Previous administration experience within a IFA
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly to key persons / teams.
- High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly.
- Adaptable and flexible, and able to accept responsibility for given tasks.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels.
