Fram are currently working with a Chartered Financial Planning company based in Chester. Our client provides financial guidance and support that helps their clients achieve their goals. They are looking for a Financial Services Administrator that has experience of working within an IFA practice and is keen to develop and progress towards paraplanning in time if the ambition is there. The role is to support a financial adviser and paraplanner with all new and existing client and business needs. Our client offers outstanding training and progression with full sponsorship for financial advice qualifications and study days for relevant examinations.
Key responsibilities include:
- New business processing (investments, pensions, mortgages & life).
- Valuations.
- Client servicing eg switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc.
- Dealing with policy enquiries.
- Telephone and reception duties as required.
- General Admin support including call handling, post, typing, meeting and greeting clients.
