About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Solomons Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contract administration, cost forecasting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract and commercial matters for clients, providing strategic commercial advice and analysis.
  • Identify creative solutions to complex project problems, requiring collaboration and influence to drive the adoption of improved methods and processes.
  • Liaise with the Solomons management team, sharing client insights and project updates.
  • Develop and deepen your NEC4 knowledge and experience, working with a talented team of professionals.
Requirements
  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Procurement / Commercial Management / Engineering BSc (HNC/HND qualified candidates with the relevant experience may be considered).
  • Have a full UK driving license and access to a car to use for business travel.
  • Be qualified or working towards the attainment of professional membership or qualification of an accredited professional institute (for example, RICS/CIPS/ICE or similar).
